What does it cost to use BBP?

There is no cost to you for the introduction to a BBP partner.

If I use a BBP partner, is my contract with BBP or the partner?

BBP provides the introduction to a BBP partner. You decide if you want to engage in a client/provider relationship with the BBP partner. If you decide to move forward with the BBP partner, you will authorize an agreement with them. Before the introduction to a BBP partner, you will approve a simple agreement stating your understanding that your contract will be between you and the BBP partner.

How am I connected to the business service provider?

Once you are interested in a particular BBP partner/business-to-business service provider, you fill out the form with your contact information. Scott Bemis will call you to discuss your specific needs and potential fit with a BBP partner. If the BBP partner meets your business service needs, the BBP partner will contact you.

What if I need a service not listed on the BBP website?

You are encouraged to fill out the form on the website to inquire about a service you need that is not listed. BBP currently offers 15 BBP partner companies offering 40 services and will offer additional services as new partners join BBP.
